WELCOME TO FELLOWS MORTON AND CLAYTON

Fellows Morton and Clayton have a long established reputation as one of the finest traditional style pubs in the East Midlands. It is renowned for its quality of ales, some of which are brewed on the premises and its friendly down to earth atmosphere.

It is suitable for young and not so young alike, with a large beer garden and a range of traditional and modern food is served at the bar or for a wider choice there is the Galley Restaurant. It has repeatedly won awards for its décor and floral displays, having been Overall Winners of "Nottingham in Bloom" for a record six times, and is now surrounded by the impressive Castle Wharf Complex.

Influx Waterfront Music Festival Saturday 31st July.

This will be staged here and at the Canal House next door. Approximately 50 live bands will be performing on 5 stages across the two venues during the day and evening (it goes on until 3am for some people but here at Fellows we need our beauty sleep (boy do some of us need beauty sleep).

Huge thanks to Fiona at The Central Retro Bar who has put in a lot of effort to get this up and running. A late night concert will be held at The Central after we have gone to bed and we recommend that you migrate there later in the evening.

You have to pay to get in (sorry about that) but it is only a measly 4 quid in advance from www.musicglue.com. Numbers are limited so don't miss out on a unique event. If it all goes well we may have another one in 10 years or so.

LIVE SPORT

We have a giant plasma screen, a huge projector screen and other TV's dotted around so whatever your sport you'll not miss a kick, strike, stroke, try or shot.

We show all the major football games such as England, Champions League, Premier League, Domestic Cups and so on.

We are also here for the Rugby 6 Nations, Golf Majors, the World Cup this summer and any other event that you'll be interested in. If you fancy some food as well give us a call and tell us what you want. You can order from our bar menu or ask for somerthing special just for you e.g. platters to share.

Beer

We have a brand new beer on tap this week - James Fellows' Legacy - made using Cascade Hops. It is named after James Fellows, the man who started it all in 1837. For the first few gyles it will be at the special introductory price of £2.30 a pint.

In addition we usually have another 7 traditional ales on tap - 8 in all. Regular's include Nottingham Brewery, Mallards, London Pride, Timothy Taylor Landlord, Sharpe's Doombar, Black Sheep, St Austell's Tribute.

We also have Guinness, John Smith's Extra Smooth, Fosters, Kronenbourg and Stella for those who like that sort of thing.

Ciders

On draft we have Stowford Press and Strongbow. In bottles we stock Bulmers Original, Bulmers Pear, Magners Original, Magners Pear, Weston's Old Rosie and Diamond White.

Whisky

There is usually a selection or around a dozen single malts, all under 3 quid a shot.

Football and Rugby

If it is on Sky or ESPN then we usually have it on live.

Held 4 times a year.
